報告摘要:The results in the field of Mathematical modeling andresearches in within-host virus infection systems (micro) and diseasestransmission systems among hosts (Macro) are very plentiful. Since it has veryclosed relations between the virus number within a host and the ability ofdisease transmission of this host, it is of great significance and realisticmeaning to formulate and to investigate coupled systems between immunologicaland epidemiological systems to reveal the mechanism of disease transmission. Inthis talk, what is the nested method and how to use this method to formulatethe immuno-epidemiological models, are introduced. A two-strainimmuno-epidemiological model of HIV with superinfection is formulated. Thedynamical behavior of this model is analyzed. How the with-host parametersaffect the HIV transmission are also investigated by numerical simulations.
