一👦🏼、個人簡介

       李萬方, 博士, 副教授, 碩士生導師, 上海市高校青年東方學者。1984年出生於湖北十堰,2013年上海交通大學博士畢業, 2013年至2018年先後在德國👆🏿、新加坡從事博士後研究工作。2018年底入職上海理工大學, 同年經綠色通道晉升副教授🧑🏼‍🍳。博士期間入選中國優秀博士生代表團(全國25)參加第63屆德國林島諾貝爾獎得主大會;博士後期間獲德國萊布尼茲學會博士後獎學金⚠、第14屆國際華人有機化學會議(ISCOC)優秀墻報獎等。主要研究方向為金屬催化的有機合成方法學及其在藥物合成中的應用, 承擔《有機化學》、《現代有機合成》🧑🏻‍🦽、《金屬有機化學》等本科及研究生教學工作, 曾榮獲上海理工大學青年教師教學競賽二等獎。

、主要科研工作與成績

       先後從事了Ru催化的羰基不對稱氫化、PdNi等過渡金屬催化的羰基化、氫甲酰化𓀂、碳碳偶聯反應等方面研究,在有機化學專業領域知名期刊發表研究論文30余篇,他引次數累計500余次,入選2019年度ESI高被引論文1篇🤾‍♂️。目前主持國家自然科學青年基金1(21901163)、曾參與國家自然科學科學基金面上項目、重點項目3項🧑🏻‍🎤🧛🏿‍♂️,研究課題主要集中於過渡金屬催化的有機合成新方法、新試劑的開發與應用。
